48 year old patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She was going to get a right breast mastectomy with her surgeon and wanted to get the reconstructive surgery done with Dr. Mountcastle. She was not sure about a couple of different procedure, but she was able to decide after Dr. Mountcastle fully went over the options. She wanted to do the mastectomy and the reconstruction surgery at once, so Dr. Mountcastle and her breast surgeon did the surgeries back to back which made the recovery time so much easier for her. Patient ended up having a bilateral mastectomy and was able to get bigger cc implants as well. Our patient is really happy with the results since they look very similar to her breasts before the surgery. Our patient was looking for a natural look and she looks and feels amazing!
