Fredah Horani – Surgical Coordinator

About Fredah Horani

Fredah Horani is our Surgical Coordinator and works part-time at Mountcastle Plastic Surgery and Vein Institute. She works diligently to guide patients through their individual insurance benefits, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and facilitate surgery for hospital procedures. Fredah graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology in 2009. From there she spent the next 8 years gaining knowledge about a variety of health-related fields; including radiology, surgical ophthalmology, and hospital management. In 2016 she graduated with her Master’s degree in Health Administration. Today she lives in Brambleton, VA with her husband, son, two dogs, and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and substitute teaching.
