42 year old female presented with left breast cancer, due to extensive family history patient desired to have a bilateral skin sparring masectomy. The patients goal was to have fuller breast, she was considered a B/C cup and wanted a full C cup breasts. Patient had expanders placed in bilateral breast to gradually stretch out the skin to prepare for a larger implant. The expanders were filled in our office under sterile techniques. Once the desired size was reached, the patient had 800 cc Natrelle Inspira Smooth Extra-Full profile implants placed. The patient was overall very happy with results.
