35 year old female presented to our office with previous saline breast augmentation done in 2007. She had 350 cc in the right breast and 305 in the left breast. The patient was unhappy with size, desired to reduce the volume in her breast, and switch to silicone implants. Dr. Mountcastle placed 260cc Natrelle Inspira low profile silicone implants bilaterally. The patient was very happy with her natural looking and feeling results only 2 months out!
