30-year-old patient was unhappy with the asymmetry and volume of her breasts. She had desired a breast augmentation for a few years for a correction. Dr. Mountcastle consulted with the patient about her goals, risks and benefits of the surgery. The patient had a 260 cc implant on the left breast and 345 cc implant on the right breast to achieve a symmetrical breast while enhancing her size. The patient was overall happy with her natural and even breast.
