50-year-old patient came to Dr. Mountcastle with back, shoulder, and neck pain because of how large her breasts were. After Dr. Mountcastle decided that she was a great candidate for a breast reduction, we submitted to insurance and waited for approval. We scheduled her surgery once we received authorization. Patient has come back a few times since surgery and is very happy with the results and is having much less pain in her shoulders, back, and neck. Patient's breast now appear more firm and lifted and she has made a great recovery with little to no scarring, redness, and swelling in just 3 months!
