Bump on head*

Procedure Details

18 year old male came to Dr. Mountcastle with a bump on his head that had been growing for quite so time. The patient was complaining of the look and feeling of the bump and requested it be removed. Dr. Mountcastle removed the bump and sent the specimen off to pathology and when the patient came back to get his sutures removed the nurse went over the pathology and it was a cyst which is a benign tumor. Over time with the use of scar cream the scar will fad over time. Patient is happy to no longer have the bump on his head and ready to head back to school.
