Frances Flanagan – Registered Vascular Tech

About Frances Flanagan

With more than 30 years of ultrasound technology experience in the private and hospital setting, we are proud to have Frances Flanagan as our Registered Vascular Technologist. She is trained in noninvasive vascular ultrasounds (from arterial to carotid) but specializes in venous examinations. It is her honor and privilege to educate all patients on the body’s blood vessel system on a daily basis. She sets and cleans up the procedure and exam rooms before and after each procedure. Frances is known to warmly regard all patients as if they were her family. She resides in Ashburn and delights in giving time to her children and grandchildren.
