70 year old female presented with right breast cancer. It was recommended she have a nipple and skin sparing masectomy by her breast surgeon and immediate reconstruction with direct implant placement by Dr. Mountcastle. Patient desired to have right breast reconstructive surgery only to match the left breast. Dr. Mountcastle placed a 275 cc Natrelle Inspira Moderate Inspira Implant which matched her before photo and left breast beautifully.
