45 year old female presented to the office with complaint of neck, back, and shoulder pain due to large breast. The patient was a perfect candidate for a breast reduction. The surgery was performed by Dr. Mountcastle using an inverted T incision. These results are only 5 weeks post op! The patient has already begun to have an improved posture and reduced pain.
