34-year-old female came for back and shoulder pain as a result of large breasts. Dr. Mountcastle decided that she was a good candidate for breast reduction as well as breast lift. Pictures taken two months after breast reduction using an inverted T incision. Patient notes back pain and shoulder pain have subsided since surgery.
