This patient is a 37 year old female who desired to get a breast reduction. During a consultation for a breast reduction, goals and risks of the surgery are discussed, and breast measurements are taken. Dr. Mountcastle estimated approximately 470 grams of tissue would be removed from each breast, giving her the lighter and perkier breasts she desired. The before and after pictures were taken only after 3 months! The patient loved her results.
