27 year old female patient suffered from breast hypertrophy, an overgrowth of breast tissue. She presented with shoulder and neck pain as a result of her heavy breast. After a consultation with Dr. Mountcastle, she decided to move forward with a bilateral breast reduction. The patient was left with a symmetrical, lighter, and perkier chest.
