52 y/o male presented with a chief complaint of swelling and pain in left ear cartilage x 2 weeks. The patient took a round of antibiotics x 6 days w/o improvement. Dr. Mountcastle treated the abscess by performing a nicking incision in the earlobe and drain was placed to help heal the area.
