A 53-year-old patient came to Dr. Mountcastle's office with a large mass on her shoulder that had been growing for years and was starting to cause her pain and impaired range of motion. Dr. Mountcastle went over the risks and benefits with the patient and explained it would be a quick in-office procedure. The patient was very excited to have it done the same day and will continue to use scar cream on the excision site.
