A 34-year-old patient came to Dr. Mountcastle's office with a large mass on his upper back that had been growing for years and was starting to cause him pain. Dr. Mountcastle went over the risks and benefits with the patient and decided that due to the placement and vascularity of the mass (shown on an in-office ultrasound), this procedure would need to be done in the hospital. The patient was extremely pleased with the results and instantly had relief from years of pain.
