86 year old female presented to our office with Melanoma on the left cheek. She was referred by her dermatologist for an excision of the skin cancer. Due to the aggressive nature of melanoma, Dr. Mountcastle was able to start her treatment plan the same day as her consultation. After examining the patient, Dr. Mountcastle was able to excise the Melanoma under local anesthesia only in our office. The patient was overall happy with her results and minimal scarring.
