Pyogenic Granuloma
Back To Pyogenic Granuloma GalleryDescription:
Pyogenic granuloma is a common, reactive proliferation of capillary blood vessels. Although benign, they can be painful and bleed. A 28-year-old female came to Dr. Mountcastle to get a pyogenic granuloma removed from her finger. Dr. Mountcastle told the patient that cutting it would be the best option in order to get it all out and have less of a chance of it coming back in the future. The patient was very happy and thankful that Dr. Mountcastle was able to remove the growth.
