69 year old male presented to our office status post Mohs Surgery for basal cell carcinoma on the chin. Patients are recommended to have closure within 48 hours of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Mountcastle used a bilobed flap technique to close the open wound. This was an in-office procedure under local anesthesia only. The patient was overall happy with results!
