Patient presented to our office unhappy with the appearance of her midsection and weighed the options between liposuction and abdominoplasty with Dr. Mountcastle. An abdominoplasty would give her the results she desired and she was very happy with the results. Postoperatively, patients are encouraged to use scar cream and vitamin E oil massage to minimize the appearance of the residual scar.
