Patient presented to our office unhappy with the appearance of her midsection and weighed the options between abdominoplasty. Patient main concern with the bulging appearance of her abdomen. After consulting with Dr. Mountcastle, it was decided the patient was a good candidate for a tummy tuck to tighten the abdomen. The patient was overall happy with results. Postoperatively, patients are encouraged to use scar cream and vitamin E oil massage to minimize the appearance of the residual scar.
