51-year-old female came to Dr. Mountcastle looking for a solution to multiple lipomas located in the pannus (excess skin on the lower abdomen) as a result of an autoimmune disease. Rather than removing the lipomas individually, Dr. Mountcastle and the patient decided that a panniculectomy would solve her panniculitis as well as remove the painful lipomas by completely eliminating the area. The patient also underwent a diastasis repair and abdominoplasty to improve the appearance of her abdomen. The patient is very pleased with her results and is in much less pain.
