20 year old female presented to our office with concerns of excess tissue on her lower abdomen area after loosing 116 pounds with diet and exercise only. The patient weight has been stable for over 1 year and is a good candidate for a panniculectomy, a surgical procedure to remove the pannus — excess skin and tissue from the lower abdomen. These photos are only 1 month post-op and the patient was happy with results.
